This Privacy Policy explains what information letni collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who uses the letni platform ("Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information you provide directly (name, work email, company name, phone number); operational data you enter into the Service (plants, reactors, batches, inventory, customers, invoices); and payment details, which are collected and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and operate the Service, process subscription payments, send account-related and support communications, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run letni — including Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), and Resend (transactional email) — only to the extent needed to provide the Service. We do not share your company's operational data with other letni customers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and operational data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, you can request deletion of your data by contacting support.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and access controls scoped to your company — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your Choices
You can access and update your account information from Settings at any time, and can request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
