Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of letni, a software platform for managing tyre pyrolysis operations (the "Service"), provided by Letni ("letni", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.
2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts may include a free trial period as stated at sign-up; unless cancelled before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically when the trial expires. You can cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data belonging to other companies, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it in a way that violates applicable law.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of the production, inventory, and financial data you enter into letni. We process it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep letni available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, letni is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
